Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations work for Mathesian Academy digital products and services.

Overview

Mathesian Academy offers both free and paid educational content.
Because most of our products are digital and instantly accessible, refund options may be limited in order to protect the integrity of our intellectual property.

We are committed to fairness, transparency, and customer care.

Digital Products (Videos, E-books, Audiobooks, Worksheets)

Digital downloads and streaming products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Refunds may be granted ONLY when:

The file is corrupted or fails to open
You were charged incorrectly
There was a duplicate payment
The wrong item was delivered due to a system error

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Premium Memberships / Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

You may cancel at any time
Cancellation stops future billing
Past payments are non-refundable, unless required by law

If technical issues prevent you from accessing your subscription, we will investigate and resolve the issue or compensate appropriately.

Homework Assist / Tutoring Sessions (Coming Soon)

For booked tutoring sessions:

Cancellations made 24 hours before the session qualify for a full refund or free rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable.

If Mathesian Academy cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

Competitions & Challenges

Entry fees (if any) are non-refundable unless:

The event is cancelled by Mathesian Academy
A duplicate payment occurs

Unauthorized Use

We cannot issue refunds for:

Shared accounts
Purchases made by someone with access to your device/account
